Young artist try their hand at oils in a
children’s art class at
Portland Recreation
Center. The classes are held each
Wednesday for children 7 to 12 years
old. (The story following the picture
had to do with the opening of the new
recreation center; and other classes
being offered. As its first recreation
director, and much younger at the time,
I had my hands full not to mention
teaching art classes for students 7-99
years of age)
